Our Mission
At Our Dream Academy, we strive to empower students through project-based education, community engagement, and learning through nature. Our mission is to provide a supportive environment where every child can thrive and achieve their dreams as well as self-actualize their potential, soul purpose, and gifts into the real world.
Our Curriculumn
- The curriculum is based on freedom, character development, and exploration of life through nature, authentic thinking, and genuine learning experiences.
- Curriculum focuses on student experience, community-based learning, taking social action, and bringing the world into the classroom.
- Multi-age groupings and hands-on as well as project-based learning lets kids explore what they love. Our Dream Academy helps to bring all projects to life that benefit Planet Earth and Humanity.
- In addition to academics, students learn visual and performing arts, gardening, land stewardship, non-competitive sports, swimming, yoga, martial arts, meditation, intuitive and extra-sensory abilities, and mind and body awareness.

Our History
Our Dream Academy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, began as Your Sunshine in 2016. We have helped over 5,000 children, teens, and young adults. Our volunteers have given over 10,000 hours of community service. We taught yoga, mindfulness, soccer, and dance in public and private schools. We also offered adapted programs for students with disabilities as well holistic therapies. Other highlights of our years of service are family support groups, skill building internships, teacher training certifications, and fun family health and wellness events. Our journey of growth has reached an exciting new frontier. We are now ready to bring our impactful programs and carefully crafted curriculum directly into the heart of our school.
